Just a quick one. Might try to experiment with different editing/colour grading styles for future renders. As much as I love the Rivals models I feel like it's hard to make it look coherent with my usual "style" of renders.

Mostly just having fun playing around with effects for this one. A lot of things could've been done better but didn't feel like spending too much time on it. Also might be a cool render to potentially try and animate so I might revisit it for that.

Tifa WIP (and Update)

Hey all!

Apologies for the recent inactivity. The past few weeks I've spent trying to put together parts to finally upgrade my PC and I recently finished building it. My previous one was built around 7 years ago so it's quite the leap and the difference in render speeds from my old system to this one is unbelievable.

For reference, a project file that my old PC would take 1-2 hours to render was rendered in under 4 minutes on my new one. This will definitely expedite my workflow...

The sculpting for this pose was more difficult than I anticipated and the reference I used wasn't great but I think it turned out decently well. I really like Sue in these leggings though so I may do some more renders with them soon 😊

I find it difficult to balance the cartoonish Rivals style with my style of more realistic renders. While it was fun to finally try Eevee, I will stick to Cycles from here on out for sure. The renders just look better in every instance imo.
