Breath Holds: 5
Type: Exhale
Duration: 1:00 | 1:30 | 1:45 | 2:00 | 2:15
Breathing Style: Power breathing, Breath of fire, Bhastrika, 3 part breath
When to Use: In the morning when you have extra time or on the weekends if you want to stay for the long meditation.
Intention/Purpose: Waking up our energy system
