The termination scene is defo one the saddest, Elisabeth being unable to bring herself to terminate sue, even though what sue is doing is harming her body, because its the 'only loveable part' of herself, seriously so sad.

When you guys were squirming over the needles and him pinching her back in the beginning I was like oh no this is going to be quite a challenge for you. I don’t love gore and body horror but this movie is the exception so well done . I really only felt nauseous with some of the stuff coming out of her at the end.
