I'm Alive! (again)

Hey all, it's been a while since I announced a hiatus due to some health issues that I've been dealing with, and I figured it's time for an update.

What happened?

I still don’t know. In short, my symptoms affected my entire body, ranging from mild to debilitating over the course of ~2 months. It started off with a sore throat, progressed to being paralyzed in bed, to needing to walk with a cane, to severe respiratory issues… and that’s less than half of it. I've been tested for many things, including some scary things, and a few even scarier things… nothing came out of any of that. Fun times.

I'm doing much better now, especially mentally – I can actually think clearly again, which is, ya know, pretty cool. I'm still not back to 100% physically, but I'm getting there. This past week has been the longest and most consistent stretch of time where I've felt normal. While I'm glad to be feeling better (seriously, I've been miserable), I still don't know what actually happened, so I’m hoping this whole situation was just temporary, and that I’ll continue with business as usual… but of course, I can’t guarantee anything.

I made some progress, silently

While I haven’t had the energy to work on anything new, I have been maintaining some S4TK tools, and released minor versions of @s4tk/models and @s4tk/extraction, thanks to the contributions of MycroftJr. I also helped LittleMsSam with a minor update to Scumbumbo’s XML Extractor to support the newer packs (make sure to update that if you use it!).

I did not make any progress on my planned updates for the S4TK VS Code extension or the Simway mod. Now that I’m finally feeling better again, I’ll start work on these soon – I just need another week or two to wrap things up with some other side projects. Let’s hope the Simway curse doesn’t strike again, and I’ll actually be able to finish it this time!
