First off we have "Nervous" Neil Dumont. His strategy for avoiding transformation while running the store included full body coverage using gloves, long sleeved shirts and long pants he managed two years before a rouge item fell off a shelf and cursed him into a Lion.
Second we have Constance Vande her stratagem was as she put it " to just not care and show up anyways" this is one of the few human photos we have of Constance as she spent most of her time running the store as some random animal or mythological creature. she lasted five years before she finally transformed into a Giant and was physically to big to fit back in store and found a much better paying job as a lumberjack.
And Lastly we have Anne Kister.... we can only assume that Anne's strategy was pure luck. Anne was a retired elementary school teacher and blind as a bat. she managed to run the store for 10 years without transforming before she decided to move and finish living out her retirement in Florida. Anne is the only one of our Employees to have left with her humanity intact.
