What is your best version of Donnie Darko?

I first saw Donny Darko in theaters, but it was the director’s cut. I like a lot of it but after hearing so much about the original release’s ambiguity, it was also a let down. As someone who loves the “De-specialized” original Star Wars trilogy, I think this is a great solution Darko.
