Those poor women trapped there are abandoned by their masters since they'd have to pay a fee to free them. So, they've been disowned.
If Daisy loses, she will be stuck there for weeks. In a timeskip, Lolita completes several missions to earn promotions and gain a higher security level to get close to Victoria. She then rescues Daisy in order to help Lolita against the boss.
If Daisy succeeds, Lolita is promoted right away.
