Outfit ported from Shining Nikki

Replaces:

* Headpiede: Faerie tale princess's tiara
* Dress: Faerie tale princess's dress
* Handpiece: Faerie tale princess's gloves
* Bottoms: Faerie tale princess's long skirt
* Shoes: Faerie tale princess's heels
* Leg detail only: Great serpent of ringa (left & right)

Notes:

* 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗼+ 𝟮.𝟬 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱;
* Uses bibo medium chest and medium bottoms;
* 3 options for headpiece;
* 2 options for handpiece;
* Dyeable;
* Won't break for lalafell;
* Shoes need xl heels plugin to work properly (or Anamnesis/CMT), otherwise they'll clip with the floor;
* Some clipping might happen, i'm not perfect ;w;
* The skirt on dress might move weird while running.
