This Jessica couldn't get a job at Disney itself because of the piercings, I think. I once applied to work there, and during the application process, they showed us a video that nitpicked every bit about our appearance. Facial piercings, nasal piercings, multiple ear piercings for either men OR women were forbidden. Great work on her.
