I know a ton of people have similarly/identically spelled names that pronounce it Ty-eesha, but mine is just more like Ty-sha/Tie-sha/Thai-sha. Peterson is the guy that created the High Valyrian and Dothraki languages that we hear on the show. It's pretty expansive with thousands of words, various dialects (like Astapori Valyrian and Merreenese Valyrian) and internal consistency. There is even an app (duolingo) that offers courses created by David Peterson on how to read/speak it.
