Process - Luis 'n' syrup

Had a comment from ThePullupsKid saying it would be fun to see how my drawings evolve from start to end, so I put this together beginning with the really rough initial sketch.

I try to be very loose and fluid in the first sketch. That's where you find the major forms and try to evoke the overall feelings. The second sketch works out all of the details. Patreon payment issues

Hey everyone!

I got an email from Patreon last night saying that one of their payment processing partners upgraded their system and some patrons could be seeing their payments get declined. If that happens, just know it's likely because of something on Patreon's end.

Their suggested action if your payment gets declined is to either 1) contact your card issuer to validate and then retry or 2) try a different payment method...

Story Preview

Here's an image from my up-coming illustrated short story. Luis getting cleaned up by his big (Neel) after a messy breakfast.

Because it's taking me a little longer than I wanted to finish up all the illustrations, I'm going to post this story in 2 parts. The first part will be posted next week and then (hopefully) the final half will be the week after. We'll see how it goes!

WIP - breakfast time

WIP - Jammer - diap updates

As I'm packaging up this comic (adding a cover and thank-you page) I went through an updated Jamie's diaper design, as well as added a few details to the interior of the ship. I didn't fully re-draw whole panels, but I did try to make the rooms feel a little more lived in and less "sterile".

Next Project Poll & Tentative Plans

The first issue of Jammer is wrapping up on Monday. My plan is to package it up into the final PDF version and get that posted in the next week or two. Then I'm going to take a break for a few weeks while I prepare what comes next.

A little while back I wrote a short story that I'd like to illustrate and release kinda like story-book pages. It's not super long, so I'm still not sure if I want to release it all at once, or break it up and release pages as I finish the visuals. Regardless...
