New Mod "Buy a better Mattress"

This Mod adds Interactions to Beds which lets you buy better Mattresses.

Buying a Mattress will give the Active Sim and/or the Picked Sim/s a visible Buff called "Owner of a Better Mattress".
The Duration of the Buff is 14 Days.
As long as the Buff is activ your Sims will sleep much better in every Bed (except those listed above).
The Energy Motive will fill up faster and the Buff should also prevent the "Uncomfortable Sleep" Buff which Sims get because of low Quality Beds.

New Mod "Writing Progress Reset Bug Fix"

When writing a Book the Progress always gets resetted after Loading Screens. This Bug is really annoying especially when using my slower Writing Mod. 

This Mod fixes this Bug and lets you resume your progress of written books. 

Even though EA fixed this with one of the latest Patches some ppl still have this Bug, so i uploaded the fix here for those who need it.

I'm not updating this since EA fixed it and the Files changed because of it but it should still work.

New Mod "Dollhouse - No Autonomous Picker"

Since the last Patch/Parenthood DLC whenever Kids want to play with the Dollhouse they autonomously choose an Adult to play with them. Every single Time. Several Times a Day. It was simply too much^^

This tuning Mods stops Children/Toddler to autonomous choose an Adult etc. to play with the Dollhouse together.
