Old twink pics comparison (cause and effect)

Look at how skinny I was! I was so ashamed of my shape and I needed to change! I was about 110 pounds on the first pic. I started to eat and lift weights, I got addict to the workouts and the post workout feedings. I am over 30 pounds from my initial goal (160 lbs). Now I start to look beefy, and I still want more 🦍

My neighbor called me fat

My neighbor came to bring me some extra food he had. My belly was hidden by a shirt and he said I got fatter. He said I shouldn't eat too much and that I should go with him to do some cardio! He can't see it's all muscle? Probably because of the shirt 😅 Next time I will open the door shirtless to show him 💪🏼😏

3,25% milk, mass gainer powder and olive oil (easy calorie). About 2k calories in that shake 😏 Going all down my throat in few minutes.
