I'm back

Sorry for the 2.5 months of silence.

I'm getting most of my schedule back and some routine down. Dabbled a bit on other stuff but I've set them aside now. RPGMaker is a buggy mess once things get complicated and Unity is taking a while to get used to (and yet I've seen sex simulation/night crawling games better made in RPGMaker than Unity wtf).

I'll show off what I'm planning on Unity at some other point, probably next year, I'm just learning for now.

I'll try to make them this September. It's just things happened fast with floods and my grandmother getting a broken hip.

I had a burnout and some more distractions came along, so there isn't much that I've made after the first two weeks. I also got really discouraged after comparing myself to other artists after this Nicole so... yeah.

But we're back on track. Again. Sort of.

I will have to open commissions soon. Mostly because my tablet is showing its age and it'll be unusable in a couple of months.... but I also have long-term obligations with making assets for a certain c...

Nothing much to say. Things are hectic on my side and concerning stuff happens the least I expect it, but hopefully next month is a lot less busy so I can focus down on my training arc (which right now is just a huge change with how I draw eyes, but it's gonna go better and faster down the line)

Rosa is based on Maid RPG. Rolled and never rerolled, but I didn't lucked out on landing on crazy descriptions.

tl;didn't read all that yapping: mom surgery went well, had artblock, been playing with Ren'Py to break out of the artblock (and it's working!)

Without delving much to details, mom got hospitalized and sent for surgery a month ago.

New hospital protocols since covid meant that one helper stayed at the hospital, so I'm the one to do the trips and take care of the house, also had a big bout of artblock and such... but that's well over with.

Been playing Blue Archive more these days. Not touching story mode as much tho but I'll get to it.

Timed Exclusives will be released a week publicly (on Twitter) after posting here. I wanted to grow my numbers here, but at some point I'll be making variants patron-only.

I'll be making an additional illustration for some of these to make it not too repetitive.

This was supposed to be a practice piece but I figure out this approach is a good teaser for future illustrations.

This is a much faster style, though it's kinda hard to make it easy on the eyes. Still working on it on both speed and ease on eyes... though I kind of want to buy new glasses to help with it. Maybe with the April commish and payout here (thank you very much!)

I'll test out more of Exy/Nono in this style, maybe some Blue Arc...

I'm planning for the comic announcement (also comic update)

Cleaned up more of the first half (see attachment per usual).

Planning to start lining the first two pages and decide on a coloring style to apply to all of the pages.

The one I made with the last comic seems to work well. Shouldn't be much of a problem with non-talking pages since the color palette is suited for flesh colors.

I'll polish up the first two pages into the desired/timely quality before I properly announce it, so maybe this december? I'm not sure if this will be colored or not either, but whichever works out well.

Some pages aren't in final draft (the old sketches) but I'll correct them so they're consistent with the rest of the pages.

I'll make a 4-koma to try out the coloring I want to make though, then apply that to the comic. I'll resume progress as soon as I get a ...

Small (sorry) comic update

Cleaned up three pages.

It's been a bit busy IRL, but I got it under control now (I've also exhausted my list of games). I'm thinking skipping this month's commissions, but it'll depend on how things work out.

I've been cooking something else in the background that isn't illustration-centric. I'll open a new tier once I get that out, so maybe a few months into the next year.

Sorry for the lack of updates. Hit a slump and haven't been in the best of health. It's almost routinely but I'm working on getting better.

Finished cover and 2nd page. The rest haven't been fleshed out. I still have one more commissioned illustration to work on this month, but I'll try to knock that out asap.

Colored the Selen one quickly. Converting grayscale into colored is kind of pain. Should've made it in colored in the first place.

I don't think I've made a low-res version of the elipomu one though.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been juggling commish and real life.

Decided to try my dip my toes in something easier, and as such, a very short comic (prompted by ricegnat, referencing a fic written by seaside_theory).

Basically a small test of how the Pomu comic will turn out.

I think I'll go with color, or at least make this one in color referencing Oshima Aki.

Yep! I've been working on this slowly this past week. A 16-page (24 if printed) short hentai comic about Pomu x Selen.
