Ok so if we look at the $NIO structure, and using the exact same process as we explained on the Tesla chart today, we will see that, Nio bottomed (or potentially bottomed) at the very important 1.618 fib level, which is an extension of Wave 1 and 2 of C.

Which is the perfect place to bottom and see a reversal. Which is why I started adding to Nio, once we bounced there.

That being said, for Wave 5, I can not see 5 waves, I just see 3 waves. This is a problem.

Just so everyone understands where I got my targets for $TSLA from, we have Wave 1 and 2 in for Tesla now, down to $163 (Wave 1), a bounce up to $198 (Wave 2), where it got rejected and now it is moving down perfectly along W - 3. Since we have Wave 1 and 2, we can use Fib - extension levels to find the bottom of the 5 waves. 1.27 Fib is showing $108 and the the very important 1.618 Fib is showing $83.87. I'm using the 1hr chart, so it's slightly different to the targets we have said before b...

Looks like it went down to our $10.60 line (at $10.58) and bounced, looking like we are in W - 2 now. Ideally, we would like this to be an A count (in amber) so we'll see how this bounces goes.

Broke down from the channel and it's possible it will continue down the red wedge now.

On the longer time frame chart, we can see that there is a potential support line at $6.40, if it does not hold there, then I would expect it to continue down the wedge, getting close to $5.
