Pilot been delayed since 2017 due to Freeform dropping it right before merger was announced, but as of two days ago it is now being shopped again to networks, Hulu and Disney+. Hopefully someone will finally pick it up.

Like Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher also signed a 5-years contract with WB and like with Ezra that was five years ago in 2014. Ezra's contract is up in May. Ray's either up soon as well or has already expired (I asked around but it's not clear WHEN it should be or was expired. It depends on the exact month he signed on). And it doesn't look like the people over at WB have any interest in renewing his contract which would mean Ray Fisher is either done with the role. Or will be soon.
