How MLW is able to use the LAX name

For those wondering how MLW is able to use the LAX name, we're told that Konnan went to IMPACT directly out of respect for them to let them know that he'd be using a new version of LAX in MLW. According to MLW sources, IMPACT seemed okay with it and the IMPACT office was easy to work with in that regard. Details on Chelsea Green to ROH, WWE non compete, contract status

Chelsea Green popped up on Ring of Honor programming, and we've already learned a bit of information on the deal. We're told the agreement was put in place well over a month ago, and she had to get WWE clearance to do the spot before her 90-day non-compete clause was up. Green is slated to appear on the ROH tapings in a commentary position as well, but we were told she does not have a contract with the company at this point.

Two More MLW Signings

We reported earlier that Danny Limelight had recently finished up his AEW tiered deal, and had signed a multi-year contract with MLW. He's since debuted for the company at the Battle Riot tapings as a new LAX alongside Julius Smokes and NWA veteran Slice Boogie. We're told both Smokes and Slice Boogie have also signed with Major League Wrestling, and are managed by Konnan in the company. 

AEW Dark Regular Finishes Up With The Company, Signs With MLW

AEW veteran Danny Limelight appeared on tonight's MLW wrestling Battle Riot tapings, and we can confirm he's signed a multi-year deal with MLW. Limelight is finished with All Elite Wrestling for the time being, and AEW sources confirmed that he was on a tiered contract, and that the door is open for a return down the line. To kill another social media rumor that quickly picked up steam, Ruby Riott, now Ruby Soho is not the mystery opponent for Deonna Purrazzo at IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary. We haven't heard the details of her non-compete, but we also haven't heard of any bookings being set for Ruby publicly. We have been told that the plan for Purrazzo's mystery opponent is someone who is not on the IMPACT Wrestling Roster.

Those that we've spoken to in WWE say that Bayley was training with another WWE star this week and that her "knee popped," and we've since heard that staff has been told it's a torn ACL, though we don't have an official word from Bayley or WWE. Update On Brian Pillman Jr-MLW

Fightful has confirmed that Brian Pillman Jr. will not be at this week's Major League Wrestling tapings, and will effectively be a full time AEW star moving forward. Pillman's MLW contract technically runs through the Battle Riot show and tapings, but there hasn't been much contact between the two sides, and he will be finished up with the company and his MLW contract very soon.
