WOW set to resume filming

WOW Women of Wrestling is set to resume filming soon.

Fightful has learned that the upcoming season of WOW Women of Wrestling is set to start filming in May. The tapings will be open to the public in Los Angeles, with tickets going on sale soon. So far, few details are known, but the ticket sales are expected to be announced imminently on their website.

He reiterated to us that he has a goal to throw a Diamond Cutter at 70 years old, but thinks he's done wrestling after his 2020 match. AEW star filming material for reality show

Darby Allin has been filming content for a potential new show.

Fightful has learned from various sources more on what we reported a couple of weeks ago, that additional AEW talent have been involved in talks about appearing on WarnerMedia properties in reality series. We can confirm that Darby Allin has at least shot content for a show rumored tentatively titled "Darby's Day Off," which included a death defying stunt.

Tony Khan has purchased Ring of Honor.

Fightful Select reported last night that a sale of ROH was coming and likely, but didn't hear until after that Tony Khan was in the running. Outside of Khan, Fightful can confirm that multiple overtures were made towards Ring of Honor since 2020 about a potential purchase.

The latest on Asuka

We've had a lot of people reach out about Asuka's status of late.

In January, we noted that Asuka's name was brought up as a potential Royal Rumble entrant, only to be quickly shot down as she wasn't ready for a return. PWInsider had noted around that time that internally WWE was hopeful for a February return, but that creative had no immediate plans for her. However, the timetable that we were given was different than that.

Note on Vince McMahon interview

I'll be posting this publicly soon, but we got a bit of interesting information regarding Vince McMahon's interview with Pat McAfee on Thursday.

While we've heard within WWE that elements of the interview may be used to promote WrestleMania, it was stressed to us that it was scheduled to be a "real" interview. Vince McMahon hasn't done a full on-camera interview since 2014's Stone Cold Podcast, so this will be a rarity.
