Patreon's message system is very limited and makes it difficult or impossible to keep track of a communications history and they also don't display time stamps.

Patreon sent me an email that they will not make this change in payment policy. The upfront price for each tier will remain the true price that it says.

Patreon has informed me and probably most of you that they are going to place the burden of processing fees against the patrons meaning that if you are at the 1 dollar tier, you will be charged additional money (unless I'm mistaken) for the process of charging your card.

For the patrons who renewed to the adjusted tiers
So I'm not sure why but patreon seems to have those who have gone to the new tier at the wrong cost.
If you were at the old (now deleted) 5.40 tier and renewed the to adjusted 6.00 tier it for some reason patreon shows me that you're contributing 6.40. Perhaps it's a temporary glitch that will fix itself but I'll be contacting patreon admin about it.

Notice to patrons
If you're a patron on an old (not unpublished) reward tier, this will be the very last month you can be on that tier. I'm going to close them at the start of September.

I understand if you're unwilling to re-up your patronage to the new higher rates. Part of the reason I raised rates is to reduce my work load when those patrons who decide to drop out do. My patrons have been heroes and continue to be heroes. Thank you.
