I adore the PC98 style so i drew one with Moe as a treat for myself!!
Also this is way harder than i thought, theres so many kinds of dithering brushes and to figure out which to use to create a nice gradient is so tricky! Plus theres zero pc98 chub art so i hope you enjoy it too <3
