Even though ASL doesn't follow IDW canon, I was happy to find out that Zecora's homeland was finally named in the recent issue -- just in time for this page :-)
It was always important to me that Thistle acknowledges to Lulu that her decision not to tell Tempest the truth about her quest and her naïveté had consequences. If Tempest knew about the lurking danger she wouldn't let her guard down as she did in the forest.

As requested, in this tutorial I am trying to explain how I shade my comic books. I am using Clip Studio Paint - but any software will of course do.
This tutorial has 3 parts:
1) how to flat
2) how to pick up colour for the shadow
3) types of shading styles
I'm not great at explaining things to be honest, but I hope here you will find something helpful & informative :-)
